The hotel has finally obtained its Lodging and Restaurant Licenses. We are now open to private parties as we set all of our systems online and bring this beautiful project to life. It has been a long ways As we get close to our public opening we will release even more unique features that our hotel has to offer.Scheduled to open to the public June 2013.

Underlit swimming lane and cocktail bench, one design fits all.
True design is in every detail, and our pool is no exception. Small yet versatile, our pool has been designed to fit our guests needs. Need to work out a swim? the pool offers a swimming lane that can light up on the pool floor in an instant. During the day, only the swimmer would notice the lane, while hiding it from the rest of the guests. Need just to laze? the pool has an underwater bench for our guests to sit while relaxing with a drink or the view of the small oasis we've created. Enjoy!
REAL PRIVACY IN REAL TIME
In addition to their beauty, our rooms signs are equipped with LED indicators that signal whether you would like service to your room (green light) or peace and quiet (red light). Sounds like a small detail, but we know our guests very well, and some don't like stepping out of their rooms in PJ's to hang the little paper sign in the door handle. More importantly though, the hotel uses a smart system where your privacy or make-my-room (MMR) status is updated in real time, allowing us to respond to guest needs in a much more efficient manner.
